Cocktail
o 4 ounces cappuccino
o 1 ounce Mount Gay Silver
rum
o ½ ounce Crème de Menthe
(white)
o ½ ounce Kahlúa or Patrón
XO Cafe
Method:
1. Prepare cappuccino.
2. Warm remaining cocktail
ingredients and pour into cup
or mug.
3. Slowly top with
cappuccino.

Not easy to find coffee
recipes for your white Crème
de Menthe. So, we adapted
the Virgin’s Kiss cocktail by
adding cappuccino and came
up with an excellent change of
pace caffeinated cocktail.
