Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 wedge of a pitted plum
o 2 thyme sprigs
o 1 ounce Japanese plum wine
o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
o champagne
Garnish
o plum slices
o thyme sprigs
Method:
1. Muddle plum and thyme
in a cocktail shaker until your
arm gets tired.
2. Add ice, plum wine, and
lemon juice and shake to chill
completely.
3. Fine strain into an
ice-filled cocktail glass.
4. Top with champagne.
5. Garnish with additional
plum slices and thyme sprigs.
