Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Heaven’s Door
Straight Rye whiskey
o 1 ounce Pimm’s No.1 Cup
o ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
o ¾ ounce Simple Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
Garnish
o lemon wedge
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve over ice in an
Old-Fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon
wedge.
Comments:
The lemon and the simple
syrup are the first things you
notice. If we were going to join
the rebellion, we might reduce
each to ½ ounce.
