Updated: May 31

PH factor: 9.0

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Bombay Sapphire

gin

o ½ ounce Lillet Blanc

o ½ ounce Maraschino liqueur

o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

o ½ ounce Rose Petal Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o egg white

Garnish

o grapefruit peel

Method:

1. Dry shake (without ice) the

cocktail ingredients then add

ice and shake again to chill.

2. Fine strain into an

Old-Fashioned glass.

3. Garnish with grapefruit

peel.

Comments:

We found this cocktail to be as

unique as finding a white rose

in winter. We used a single egg

white for two drinks which still

seemed to provide enough

billowy whiteness to justify the

cocktail’s name.
