Wild Honey Martini

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce J. Wray Silver

Jamaican rum

o 1 ounce Godiva Milk

Chocolate liqueur

o ½ ounce Honey Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o ½ ounce cream

Garnish

o strawberry


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a martini glass.

3. Garnish with strawberry.


Comments:

Not too sweet, thanks to the

honey syrup which is not as

sweet as simple syrup and goes

well with the milk chocolate

liqueur.
