Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Mount Gay
Eclipse rum
o 1 ½ ounces Lillet Blanc
o 1 ½ ounces pineapple juice
Garnish
o orange twist
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve up in a chilled
martini glass.
3. Garnish with an orange
twist.
Comments:
Named after the title of the
1919 hit song Yaaka Hula
Hickey Dula (Hawaiian Love
Song). Though the phrase was
obviously made up it does
make you think of Hawaii. The
drink will also make you think
of palm trees and beaches, no
matter where you are drinking.
