Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Gosling’s Black Seal
151 rum
o 2 ounces Sandeman Tawny
Porto (20-Years-Old)
o orange bitters to taste
o 2 ounces cold strong coffee
or espresso
Garnish
o orange peel
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve up in a chilled
cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with orange peel.
Comments:
Not your average coffee
martini in terms of strength.
The 151 rum and the fact
we used espresso may have
something to do with that.
If you’d prefer a less strong
coffee cocktail, we suggest
substituting brewed
coffee for the espresso.
