Zombie Cocktail

PH factor: 8.5 

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o ¾ ounce Flor de Caña Extra

Seco rum

o ¾ ounce Mount Gay

Eclipse rum

o ¾ ounce Mount Gay XO

rum

o ¾ ounce J. Wray & Nephew

Silver Jamaican rum

o 1 teaspoon Gosling’s Black

Seal rum (151 Proof)

o 1 ounce Grand Marnier

o 1 ounce fresh lime juice

o 2 ounces fresh orange juice

o 2 ½ ounces pineapple juice

o ½ ounce grenadine

o ½ ounce orgeat syrup

Garnish

o pineapple wedge

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except the Gosling over ice.

2. Serve over ice in a

hurricane glass.

3. Float the 151 on top.

4. Garnish with pineapple

wedge.

Comments:

The original Zombie was

created by Donn Beach of Don

the Beachcomber fame. He

described it as a hangover cure.

This actually makes sense if

you ascribe to the notion

that the best way to avoid a

hangover is to never get sober.
